1. Do we get rewards for SatsPay transactions?
No, there are no rewards for transactions made using SatsPay.
2. Are there any limits on SatsPay transactions?
Yes, there is a limit of Rs.2000 per transaction when using SatsPay.
3. Why can’t I use some of my GoSats Card balance for SatsPay transactions? / I don’t see some of my card balance available when trying to make a SatsPay payment.
By default, only the balance added via UPI is eligible for SatsPay transactions. Amounts loaded using credit cards can be used for SatsPay only when you select the “Use credit card limit on SatsPay” option, which comes with an additional fee. Also, please note that any balance received from refunded transactions will not be available for use via SatsPay.
4. Can I redeem my rewards for making SatsPay transactions?
Yes, you can use your rewards for SatsPay transactions. Up to 10% of the transaction amount can be paid using your rewards, while the remaining 90% must be covered by your GoSats Card balance. A maximum of Rs100 worth of rewards can be redeemed per SatsPay transaction. However, please note that rewards stacked in the previous 15 days cannot be used. Only once the 15-day wait period is over can they be applied to a SatsPay transaction.
5. Why am I not able to send money to my friend using SatsPay?
SatsPay does not support peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions. It is designed exclusively for scanning and paying to merchant QR codes.
6. What is my UPI ID for SatsPay?
There is no individual UPI ID assigned to users for SatsPay. It is a UPI payout feature that enables QR code-based payments.
7. Why are some of my payments getting failed/refunded?
Some QR codes may not be compatible with the SatsPay payment system. If you encounter such cases, you can alternatively use your GoSats Card for these transactions and continue to earn rewards for purchases of Rs.200 or more.
8. Why don’t I have access to SatsPay?
SatsPay is accessible only to Elite Card holders who have completed the VKYC verification process. If you haven’t completed VKYC or don’t hold an Elite Card, you won’t be able to use SatsPay.
