Withdrawal and Redemption policy

Withdrawal and Redemption policy

To address any confusion surrounding our new withdrawal and redemption policy, here’s a comprehensive guide to help you understand the updates.

Withdrawal Policy

Earned Sats

Earned sats can be withdrawn effortlessly by Elite Card holders after completing your VKYC process. This ensures compliance with regulations while providing you with a smooth withdrawal experience. Earned sats include all sats earned by purchasing Vouchers, making Card Transactions and Direct Shopping, these remain fully withdrawable.

Other Sats
Sats earned via the spin wheel, referrals, bonuses, swaps and campaigns are not withdrawable. Nonetheless, they can be fully utilized for redemptions against the following:

  • BBPS: Pay utility bills, mobile recharge, rent, education fees, insurance premiums, and more—directly through the GoSats platform.

  • SatsPay: Enjoy quick and hassle-free payments at stores, cafes, and merchants by scanning QR codes using your GoSats Card balance and rewards.

  • Voucher Purchases: Redeem sats for shopping vouchers from 100+ top brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and more. Shop, dine, or gift—your rewards, your choice!

Redemption Policy

The following changes apply to reward redemptions

  • Upto to Rs.5,000 worth of rewards can be redeemed within a 30-day period across all redemption features (vouchers, BBPS and SatsPay).

  • For BBPS and SatsPay transactions, up to 70% of the transaction amount can be paid using rewards. For voucher purchases, rewards can be used to cover the full 100% of the value.

FAQs

To address some common queries, here are answers to frequently asked questions:

1. Why do I see 0 or fewer sats available for withdrawal?
Sats earned from your spends are withdrawable and will appear in the withdrawal section. If you see fewer or no withdrawable sats, it means the sats currenty in your wallet are from spin rewards or other means, which are not withdrawable. However, these can be used for voucher redemptions, SatsPay, or BBPS payments.

2. Why can’t I see all my rewards available for redemption?
In a 30-day period, you can redeem up to Rs.5000 worth of rewards for vouchers, BBPS payments, and SatsPay transactions. The redemption page will display the rewards available within this limit.

3. I have earned rewards from transactions, why cant I see them available for withdrawals?

All earned rewards have a 15 day wait period after which they will be available for withdrawals.
