Go to Add Money
Tap Enable Autoload
Choose the Autoload type:
Recurring (Daily / Weekly / Monthly), or
Low Balance
Enter the amount and complete the UPI approval
Once enabled, Autoload takes care of loading your GoSats Card automatically based on your selected setup.
What payment method is used for Autoload?
Autoload works only via UPI and requires a one-time UPI approval during setup.
What is the minimum and maximum Autoload amount?
The minimum Autoload amount is ₹500 and the maximum Autoload amount is ₹10,000.
Can I set both recurring and low balance Autoload?
Yes. You can set up one Autoload per category: one daily, one weekly, one monthly, and one low balance Autoload.
How does low balance Autoload work?
When your GoSats Card balance falls below the amount you have set, Autoload is triggered. The amount is debited from your Bank account within 24–36 hours and then added to your card balance.
Can I cancel Autoload?
Yes. You can cancel Autoload instantly from the app. Once cancelled, no further auto-debits will take place.
Why was ₹1 deducted during setup?
A ₹1 debit is made to authenticate the UPI mandate during Autoload setup. This amount is refunded within 1 working day.
