Here, we have gathered all the essential information and answers to address any queries you might have regarding the GoSats Card. Let's get started:


1. What is the GoSats card and how does it work?
A: The GoSats Card is a prepaid card that enables you to earn Bitcoin/Gold rewards seamlessly on your transactions – whether that be for your shopping or your monthly payments. To put it very simply, spend INR and earn Bitcoin/Gold on your transactions.

Since it is a prepaid card, it will need to be topped up via the app before it can be used. The card can be used both for online as well as offline transactions across any PoS device in India. Please note that rewards can be earned only on spends above Rs200.

2. How can the card be topped up?
A: The card can be topped up easily through the GoSats app. We support all types of payments to load the card.


3. What are the load and spend limits on the GoSats Card?
A: The load and spend limits on the GoSats Card once an user completes VKYC are as follows:
Daily – Rs2 lakhs
Monthly – Rs10 lakhs
Yearly – Rs30 lakhs

At a time, an amount of Rs2 lakhs can be loaded and spent with the card.

If a user has only completed min-KYC, the load and spend limits on the card will be Rs10,000 per month.


4. What are the fees and benefits of the card?
A: We currently have 2 types of Cards: Intro and Elite.
The Elite Card comes with an one-time fee of Rs.999 (GST exclusive) and 1.5% rewards* on spends (above Rs.200).

The Virtual Intro Card is free, while the physical version comes with a one-time fee of Rs.399 (GST exclusive). The Intro Card provides 0.5% rewards* on spends (above Rs.200).

5. I have completed my min-kyc. When can I start using the card?

A: Once your min-kyc is completed, the virtual card is activated instantly. You can then start making online transactions and stacking rewards.


6. When will I receive my physical card?

A: For users who have opted for the physical version of the Intro Card or the Elite Card, the physical card is dispatched within 15 days of payment. You will receive an email with tracking details once the card is on its way.


7. What documents are required to complete KYC?
A:
The following documents/identity cards are required to complete your KYC process on GoSats:

For min-kyc – Pan Card
For VKYC – Pan and Aadhar Card


8. Can we make international transactions with the GoSats card?
A: Unfortunately, no. The GoSats card can only be used in India.


9. Are ATM withdrawals possible? Are there any charges?
A: Yes, ATM withdrawals are possible with the GoSats Card. A fee of Rs29.5 (25 + GST) will be charged per transaction.
Please note that VKYC needs to be completed to enable ATM withdrawals

The following limits also apply to ATM withdrawals:
.Maximum amount per transaction: Rs 1970.5 (as the fee of Rs29.5 is included in the transaction amount)
.Maximum amount in a 30-day period: Rs 10,000


10. Does the card support linking to UPI apps (Gpay, PhonePe, or Paytm) for making payments, or does it support NFC transactions?
A: The card does not support direct linking to UPI apps or NFC transactions. However, for offline use, the physical card can be swiped or tapped at POS machines. Additionally, the SatsPay feature enables UPI transactions using your GoSats card balance or stacked rewards.


11. Can I use the card at petrol pumps? Is there any charge for using the card at petrol pumps?


A: Yes, the card can be used to make transactions at petrol pumps. Petrol pumps levy a surcharge on all card transactions. The surcharge is typically 1.18%, and in some cases, a minimum fee of Rs11.8 may apply. This surcharge will be deducted from the user's card balance.

12. Is surcharge levied by any other merchants?

A: Yes, IRCTC and Government Organizations also levy a surcharge.


13. On which categories do users receive less rewards?
A: Elite Card users receive 0.5% rewards and Intro Card users receive 0% rewards on the following Categories and Merchants: Utility bill payments, Rent, Education, Wallet Loads, Government Services, Tax Payments, Discount Stores, Tolls, Road and Bridge Fees, Security Brokers and dealer, Financial Institutions for Manual Cash Disbursements and other similar services, Ultracash Technologies Banglore

14: Are there any transactions which do not receive any rewards?
A: The following merchants are blocked from receiving any rewards: Freecharge, Ideal Cash, Jodhpur DRK, Ing fx, Accelyst, RAZ*BSPL, Resilient Innovati, Gautam BuddhaUPIN, CSC E GOVERNANCE SERVI, HDFC BANK PREPAID CARD, PZElectricity, Mamta Nalagonda.
