How To Raise Dispute On Your GoSats Card Transaction?

If you have any grievance regarding the transaction on your GoSats Card, we have a convenient and secure way for you to raise a dispute.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can raise a dispute:

Step 1:

Go to the following website: https://gosats.livquik.com/login

Step 2:

Login with your registered mobile number

Step 3:

Click on Set/Reset Password if this is the first time you are raising a dispute.

Else, enter your password and login

Step 4:

Enter the OTP you receive on your number, and set a new password

Step 5:

Once you’ve set a password, login once again.

Step 6:

In the Dashboard that opens up, go to Recent Transactions.

Select Kit Number and choose the date range.

Step 7:

Click on the “Raise Dispute” button for the transaction in question.
